At the Learning in Harmony Trust, schools retain a high level of independence in regards to their curriculum structures. However, a dedicated working group of Curriculum Leads from across all Trust schools meets regularly to share best practice and challenge each other.
Additionally, we have cross-moderation dates set for all Year Groups throughout the year, and children have sat the same end of years tests in 2015 so we can benchmark the teaching and learning in all our schools and ensure our children are getting the same high-level provision.
JFK's very specialised setting means they have a higher level of independence for their curriculum, but mainstream schools have been supporting JFK to develop their early years provision, while JFK continuously supports the otherTrust schools in best catering for children with special needs.
